Safety & Comfort: Secure building with 24/7 guard, reliable elevator (and host backup for luggage if it’s under maintenance), central air conditioning, and blackout curtains.

Guest Access

Entire 3rd Floor: Private elevator entrance—no shared hallways. Self-Check-In: Smart lock access code sent before arrival. It is forbidden to use our apartment for promotional, religious, or political events.

Other Things to Note

House Rules: Keep the apartment as clean as possible—our home is precious to us. Close the insect-screen mesh when windows are open to avoid mosquitoes, insects, or lizards. Respect Egyptian law: unmarried men and women of Arab nationality are not permitted to stay together. If you’re young and feel you’d be careless or noisy, please choose a different property. Weather Tip: December–February nights can drop to 6 °C. Bring warm clothes—central heating is rare in Egypt.
